Emerging Leaders

This programme is designed for those new to management with an annual turnover of $1M+. 

Learn the tools to be a leader – not only how to manage a team, but how that will help enable growth of the business and shape the future of your team. This programme will broaden your outlook "across the business", to gain a clear sense of direction and equip you with new tools and frameworks to become a more effective leader, and gain and understanding of how to create and deliver more value to customers.

Financial Skills Workshop 

This programme is designed for Financial Decision Makers with an annual turnover of $1M+. 

Enhance your financial literacy skills to able to analyse, control, and then make the right decisions based on your financial information to create more effective long-term financial planning, and uncover hidden opportunities you didn’t know existed. You'll gain knowledge on how to understand, forecast and manage the numbers already in front of you to drive current and future action plans, while getting a detailed understanding of financial reporting to increase business growth. The topics covered in this course include; accounting reports to cash flow forecasting and analysing operational performance to discover where working capital and cash is being consumed at high rates.

Sales Skills Workshop 

This programme is designed for business owners, senior leaders and sales professionals of B2B Businesses with an annual revenue of $1M+. 

You’ll come away with new skills and a plan to kick-start your sales momentum, empower your team and how to build clear communications to engage customers. Gain understanding on how to prioritise which clients and opportunities to focus on, how to follow up quotes and proposals, build trust and become more proactive with your clients. This programme will help improve the way you approach sales going forward, giving you the right mindset and a foundation of sales habits and processes that have been continuously refined.
