Resource Management Reform

The Government is currently calling for submissions to the Environment Committee on the National and Built Environment (NBE) Bill and Spatial Planning (SP). We invite you to this webinar presented by Maree Baker-Galloway – Partner, Anderson Lloyd who specialises in environmental and planning law, specifically the Resource Management Act 1991, Conservation Act 1987 and related legislation.

What does the Government's reform of the Resource Management Act (RMA) mean for our members and small businesses? They are currently calling for submissions to the Environment Committee on the National and Built Environment (NBE) Bill and Spatial Planning (SP) Bill which close on 5 February 2023.

Maree specialises in environmental and planning law, specifically the Resource Management Act 1991, Conservation Act 1987 and related legislation, and she will focus on what these reforms mean for businesses, including:
