Kiko Matthews – British Adventurer, World record holder, Environmental Champion, Social Entrepreneur (speaking from Taranaki)

Josie is an accomplished leader, and tenacious in her pursuit of excellence, always with people and relationships as the backbone of her drive commercially. Josie is driven and determined, while at the same time personable and focused on celebrating the wins, as well as not making the same mistake twice.

Pauline Smith – Southlander of the Year 2021, Award-Winning Author and Teacher (speaking from Invercargill)

Born in the small rural town of Mataura, Pauline is of Samoan, Tuvaluan, Scottish and Irish descent. Smith’s first book My New Zealand Story: Dawn Raid, was a finalist at the New Zealand Book Awards for Children and Young People in the Esther Glen, Junior Fiction and Best First Book categories.
